The existence of molluscain the Rocky substrate of Manado Bay reclamation area still needs to be examined more deeply. This study was conducted in the Reclamation Area of Manado Mall with specific studies on the abundance, diversity of types of mollusks and mollusk size distribution. The purpose of this study was to determine the abundance and diversity of mollusk species, as well as the size distribution of organisms of each species attached to the Rocky substrate Reclamation Area of Manado Mall. Data collection was done by purposive sampling method using a square measuring 25 cm x 25 cm at three observation stations. The samples were given 70% alcohol, labeled and taken to the Laboratory of Marine Biology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences Sam Ratulangi University to be identified and measured shell diameter. The results of this study found 7 species with a total of 374 individuals, of which the attachment mollusks found consisted of 5 species from the gastropod class and 2 species from the bivalve class. The highest density of mollusks in the Rocky substrate of the Reclamation Area of Manado Mall was found at Station 2 with a total density of 174.22 ind/m2 (relative density =0.09%) and the highest diversity was found at Station 3 with a Diversity Index of H’ = 0.21 (low). In this study the size distribution of mollusks that have been found as follows: Cellana radians (4 mm –22 mm), Echinolittorina aspera (4 mm –8.9 mm), E. interrupta (4 mm-9.9 mm), E. lineolata (5.3 mm-9.2 mm), E. punctata (4 mm –7.9 mm), Saccostrea cucullata (11.6 mm –40.3 mm), Isognomon ephippium (9.4 mm –12.5 mm).
